INTRODUCTION
Learning is one of the cognitive processes that occur in human mind. Learning is
acquired new or existing knowledge, behaviours, skills and process in human mind. Learning
brings many definitions. However, in my point of view learning can be defined as a lifelong
activity, occur intentionally in formal instructional setting and incidentally through
experience (Driscoll, 2005). The learning process cannot be observe but results of learning
often observable in human performance likes get a good grade in examination. There are
three learning theory consist of behaviourism, cognitivism and constructivism,
We conduct a case study to observe the cognitive task for a learning process with two
learners from the same class. This case study involved a detailed examination of learning
profile, from multiple intelligent, study skill and learning style. Data were gathered over two
respondents from faculty of cognitive science and human development (FCSHD) academic
year from 2 students enrolled in the same course. These students participated in a series of
interviews and test that has been conducted to measure their cognitive task. The interview
transcripts were examined for reports of learning preference inventory, and the memory
samples.
The test show different result for both of them.

Part B
A few experiments have been conduct with the two of them. Our first test is multiple
intelligence tests. Howard Gardner is the one who suggest the theory of multiple intelligence.
The multiple intelligences theory represents a definition of human nature, from a cognitive
perspective, for example how we perceive or how we are aware of things. This provides
absolutely pivotal and inescapable indication as to people's preferred learning styles, as well
as their behavioural and working styles, and their natural strengths. The types of intelligence
that a person possesses (Gardner suggests most of us are strong in three types) indicates not
only a persons capabilities, but also the manner or method in which they prefer to learn and
develop their strengths - and also to develop their weaknesses.
Based on the tests, learners preferred learning style inventories shows Farhan preferred
linguistic learning style compare to the others since he got the higher percentage for it which
is 17%. Linguistic Intelligence is the capacity to use language to express what's on your
mind and to understand other people. Linguistic intelligence involves sensitivity to spoken
and written language, the ability to learn languages, and the capacity to use language to
accomplish certain goals. This intelligence includes the ability to effectively use language to
express oneself rhetorically or poetically; and language as a means to remember information.

However, Nia show a different learning style inventory. She preferred interpersonal
learning style which is 16%. Follow by intrapersonal learning style 15%. This shows that she
is concerned with the capacity to understand the intentions, motivations and desires of other
people. It allows people to work effectively with others. Moreover, she entails the capacity to
understand oneself, to appreciate ones feelings, fears and motivations. In Howard Gardners
view it involves having an effective working model of ourselves, and to be able to use such
information to regulate our lives. This kind of intelligence really know herself well and she
know what study style that do suit her.

RECOMMENDATION

The recommendation for both learner, First we suggest to Muhammad Farhan to do
more exercise and reading. It is because he score in linguistic for his multiple intelligence.
Reading also an information processing activity. We suggest to the learner one to read his
note or his article in loud voice because reading aloud is transforming print to speech and he
also can reading comprehension it is because reading comprehension is transforming print
into meaning. We also recommend to Muhammad Farhan to avoid read from his screens
because reading from computer screen is slower than read from paper.
Beside that he is Intrapersonal person, who know best about himself . we suggest he
to join group study because from that he can gain more knowledge, and can socialize with
brain activity.
For the second learner Nia Nuryamien she is Interpersonal person. Who socialize
with the other . We suggest her to join group discussion also and she also can go and see the
senior or lecturer to find the information or gain new knowledge. She also score in linguistic
for her Multiple Intelligence but remember what she has read or learn she can use visualize
note such as mind map and coloring note, it is because it is make her easy to memorize and
remember what she read.
