Also the company provides transportation, procurement, office cleaning and
maintenance services


The new center will be located along the main road to the east and south provinces
across 5 hectares of land located 1 km from Bayanzurkh Transportation Center, and
19kms from the center of Ulaanbaatar. Most of the large mining deposits and reserves
currently in operation are located in the south and the south-east of Ulaanbaatar;
hence the railway is the most common transportation line.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

To establish fully-equipped cold storages for meat, dairy products, vegetables,
warehouses for food, construction, chemical products
To provide transportation services for dry, refrigerated and frozen products to
every parts of Mongolia. This service includes packaging and labeling of products
To establish fully equipped, international standardmeat classification and sorting
and HACCP certified meat processing plant
To contribute development of supply chain management in Mongolia.
International food safety, occupational safety and environmental standards will
be in all operation
More than 45 local people will be employed and trained
The center operation will influence positively for suppliers and other stakeholders
Reduced risks associated for procurement, transportation, storage,packaging and
delivery

The 3.2 ha complex will be built across 5 ha area, and an asphalt road will be built to
mitigate dust. Moreover, trees and green vegetation will be planted in areas other than
road and parking. Electricity generators will be initially used and waste water cleaning
system will be built. Going forward, the logistic center will be connected to central
electric transmission lines, and clean and waste water pipe systems.
