Dear Sir,
The application of P Shubham Parashar, Ankita Roy, Sagnik Datta & Anand Kumar Reserch student/ s has been
accepted for practical training/ project work in Chemistry Group from June 2014 to August 2014. The following may
please be noted
1. While reporting for the Practical Training / Project Work, applicant(s) are required to submit following documents,
duly completed, along with this acceptance letter for further processing.
i. Bio-data form with photograph and certificate duly attested by the Principal/ Head of Department of the
Institute.
ii. Information sheet duly completed and forwarded by the Head of Department of the College/ Institute.
iii. Undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of any format of Rs. 100/ - or higher denomination. Non-Judicial stamp
paper should not be dated earlier than 180 days from the date of reporting.
iv. Declaration & Deed of undertaking ON PLAIN PAPER.
v. Gazetted Officers Certificate/ Police Verification Certificate.
vi. Check List Form duly completed and signed.
vii. Photocopy of College/ Institute Identity Card (current academic year only) attested by the Principal/ Head of
Department of the College/ Institute.
2. Intimation letter(s) will be issued between 10:30 to 12:00 hrs. only on Mondays (for applications dropped
from Tuesday to Friday of the previous week) and on Tuesdays (for applications dropped from Saturday
to Monday).

3. In the event of a holiday on Monday or Tuesday, the intimation letters shall be issued on the next working day.
4. Students are required to bring with them TWO copies of their recent front-face photograph-(4cm x 3cm) for issue
of the entry permit. A non refundable charge of Rs.200.00, (Rupees Two Hundred Only) will also be payable for the
issue of Identity Card. Photos and cash not to be dropped into the box.
5. ITEMS SUCH AS MOBILE PHONE, MP3 PLAYER, PEN DRIVE, ELECTRONICS/ DIGITAL DIARY, SIM CARD,
AUDIO/ VIDEO CASSETTE, CDs, DVDs, CAMERA OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS ARE STRICTLY
PROHIBITED TO BE CARRIED INSIDE THE BARC PREMISES.
6. STUDENTS ARE TO CARRY THE ORIGINAL IDENTITY CARDS ISSUED BY THE COLLEGE/ INSTITUTE AT ALL
TIMES DURING THEIR VISIT TO THE CENTRE.
7. THE STUDENT(S) NOMINATED FOR PRACTICAL TRAINING/ PROJECT WORK IN BARC, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY
STIPEND DURING THE TRAINING PERIOD.
NO ACCOMMODATION WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE DURING THE TRAINING PERIOD AND THE TRAINEES
WILL HAVE TO MAKE THEIR OWN ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE STAY IN MUMBAI. THEY MAY PLEASE BE
ADVISED ACCORDINGLY.
