Supply Planning - Generating long term capacity requirements, and an optimized production plan (regional
and global) to satisfy forecasted demand. Determining the master production schedule required for
treating/packaging to meet short term demand.
Network Planning Long term network design and end-to-end supply network optimization, as well as
short term creation of the finished goods distribution plan to optimize cost and service.
Collaborative Planning Facilitation of the cross-functional business decisions required to align and
execute the plan engaged in the design and implementation of Sales & Operations Planning and Integrated
Business Planning processes.

Crop Protection Manufacturing Operations Leader at Monsanto
October 2007 - November 2008 (1 year 2 months)
Reporting to Global Manufacturing Financial Analysis Manager. Main responsibilities are:
Lead the monthly forecast review process with the site locations and other operations in St. Louis.
Consolidate worldwide manufacturing results working close with US and Ex US Chemical Plants finance
team on monthly actual results as well as monthly forecast and annual Budget and Long Range Plan. (main
chemical facilities includes, four plants abroad, Europe, Brazil and Argentina)
Ensure Global Manufacturing Forecast, Budget and LRP is submitted and review on time and format. Main
deviations are analyzed.
Supervise a team that supports chemical tollers, environmental reserves, export accounting and third party
contracts.
Prepare and approve monthly account reconciliations.
Month end responsibilities include analysis and recording of US capitalization of variances, recording
claims, analyzing cost centers, energy hedging entries among other various analyses.
Assist in the analysis and calculation of transfer pricing.
Assist in yearly physical audits of inventory at US toller and warehouse locations.
Assist in Sarbanes, internal and external audits.
Direct interaction with commercial support roles, tax, audit, logistics, tax and other finance functions
Continually improve the closing and forecasting processes to streamline and reduce cycle time

I was responsible for reporting on the Zarate Plant Budget (USD 240M) Includes leading the effort,
preparing, and assuring targets are met throughout the year. Ensure forecasts are prepared on a monthly basis

Primary responsibilities were:
Lead Finance team at Zarate Plant (five cost analyst and one administrative)
Drive the cost management process within the plant assuring all costs are evaluated and challenged on a
regular basis.
Ensure all internal reporting is accurately prepared and timely submitted on time.
Responsible for compiling wit Corporate Controller Policies and SOX regulations.
Ensure the plant accounting records are closed on a monthly basis and all production is reported and
variances are communicated.
Responsible for plant inventories, be sure that are managed and cost appropriately. Provide cost analysis
support and cost direction to the plant.
Establish overall direction and focus areas for plant employees. Key member of the Plant Business Team in
strategic planning and addressing organization issues.

Reporting to LAS Business Analysis Manager
I was responsible for analyzing financial and commercial information and reporting to corporate headquarters
about Argentina and border countries. I was in charge of full year budget and monthly basis forecast process.
I also gave technical assistance to Agchem business in all new projects and product launches. Permanent
interaction with marketing and key commercial roles.
In March 2005 I made join the Guest Auditor Program in St Louis to audit Tax Team on SOX
implementations.
Tax & Insurance Planner at Monsanto
March 1995 - March 2001 (6 years 1 month)
Reporting to LAS Treasurer, I was responsible for Tax and Insurance short and long-range strategy for
Argentina. As a result of that I was able to obtain several tax relief for local company operations and had the
important opportunity to participate in mergers and acquisitions where the company was involved. I led a
professional team with internal and external components.
