Abacus WorkSpace Activation

Abacus WorkSpace Activation via eServices
Objective:
To enable user to make a selection from PCC and LNIATA list for Abacus
WorkSpace registration in Abacus eServices

Brief Description:
NMC is able to select PCC from the dropdown list of LNIATA for submission
of Abacus WorkSpace activation. After selecting the LNIATA, user may
proceed to submit the LNIATA or submit EPR for AAT activation.

You can choose from the list of PCC and LNIATA for AWS registration in eServices
1. Login to Abacus eServices
2. Go to NMC Admin > Abacus WorkSpace > Activation Submission

3. Click on [Select PCC to Add]
4. Select the PCC and click [Next]

* Submission via Microsoft Excel will continued to be supported

5. Select LNIATA and click [ > ] to add
6a. Enter Admin tool by clicking on [ Enter Admin Tool EPR ] button.
(Optional - if not needed, proceed to Step 6b)

* This will ensure accuracy as this will only reflect LNIATAs that are unused will not reflect any duplication of LNIATA.

Step 6a Enter Admin Tool EPR (Optional - if not needed, proceed to Step 6b) :
1. Type in the Admin Tool EPR, and click [Add]
Note: Admin Tool EPR must be not more than 6 digit or only numeric value is allowed
2. Click [Submit]

Objective:
To enable Abacus Document Manager in Abacus eServices

Brief Description:
Travel agents can search past documents issued via Abacus Whiz, such as
Agent Coupon, from Abacus Document Manager when they access My
eServices menu in Abacus eServices.

1. Login to Abacus eServices
2. Go to My eServices > Document Manager

Objective:
To enable NMC to search for user in Abacus eServices using one of these fields:
First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Screen Name, Email Address, Abacus PCC
or Status

Brief Description:
NMC is able to search easily for the specific user account that they are looking for
and perform action such as edit user information or deactivate user.
