PricewaterhouseCoopers has been conducting salary surveys on the Romanian
market since 1997 for industry sectors such as FMCG, manufacturing, banking,
insurance, leasing and pharmaceutical.

The 2005 survey comprised information supplied by 112 companies covering a
total headcount of 105,544 employees and 407 general and specific jobs.

PayWell Romania 2005 Salary & Benefits Survey analyses and compares the
compensation strategies and benefits systems in the leading companies, active on
the Romanian market.

The survey report represents a practical tool that will assist you in developing
competitive policies related to recruitment, employee retention, salary adjustment
and overall reward management.
