Abstract
Different techniques of project management are very important for a successful implementation of the
projects in the areas of planning, scheduling, cost and quality. This paper aims to examine some of
the traditional applications and techniques used in project management, by highlighting their
advantages and disadvantages.
Proceeding with the trend of these applications nowadays, social applications, conducting a survey
where the most important IT solution companies were included. nd at last the results of the
questionnaire for the importance of using project management softwares in our country, lbania.
