ABSTRAK

Sulitnya mempertemukan pemasok yang tepat dengan perusahaan dalam


hubungan kemitraan jangka panjang menjadi masalah yang selalu
dihadapi oleh perusahaan pengolahan makanan skala menengah di
Indonesia. Dengan menerapkan faktor-faktor budaya organisasi dalam
strategic supplier partnership dapat mendukung keberhasilan long-term
relationship dengan pemasok. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk
mengembangkan suatu model proposisi strategic supplier partnership
yang bertujuan untuk membangun hubungan kemitraan jangka panjang
antara supplier dengan perusahaan pengolahan makanan.
Pengembangan model tersebut dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi data
dan kemudian harus divalidasi melalui expert view. Berdasarkan hasil
expert view dengan Factory Manager PT. Pahala Bahari Nusantara,
disimpulkan bahwa communication, trust, commitment, information
sharing, cooperation, respect, dan satisfaction dapat mempengaruhi
penerapan strategic supplier partnership yang mengacu pada long-term
relationship dengan supplier. Sedangkan power dapat mempengaruhi
perilaku, niat dan tindakan perusahaan dalam hubungan kerja sama
namun tidak mempengaruhi long-term relationship dengan pemasok.







ABSTRACT
Research that uses the heuristic conventional method such as CRAFT,
BLOCPLAN, and CORELAP take a long time in solve layouts problems in a large
scale. Metaheuristic is methods that be able to cope with those problems. But
there is time when the emergence of confusion occurs in the selection of a
method due to the many kinds of methods that should be used. This research
trying to develop a system of decision-making to choose the best method of
metaheuristic based on 5 criteria that is the quality of the solution, the focus of
the search, computation time, ease of implementation, and ease of decoding
variable decision by the use of fuzzy AHP. Criteria that have been found based
on the study of literature then been validated to three experts using a
questionnaire prelude.The next step is by assessing the level of the importance
of all each criteria and metaheuristic methods (Genetic Algorithm, Particle Swarm
Optimization, Ant Colony Optimization and Simulated Annealing ) using AHP
questionnaire. Weights judgments will be done by three people who are expert or
one who were well-experienced in research in the field of metaheuristic. The
method chosen from the processing fuzzy AHP is GA method. Testing result is
effected by the case study of layout design on XYZ manufacturing company from
previous studies. The research indicates that the selected method is able to
produce the performance as well as the layout that is better than the previous
method, although weights obtained are not too different. This research suggests
to do the metaheuristic testing with the other case study examples such as the
problem of TSP, vehicle routing problem, and scheduling problems.
