TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DATES/LOCATIONS: All courses are held at 37-41 Mortimer Street,
London, W1T 3JH, UK unless otherwise stated. Start time 09:00 daily.
End time is 17:00 daily.
FEE: This includes all training sessions, lunch (except FastTrack courses)
and course documentation.
VAT: Under UK Customs & Excise Regulations, delegates from all
countries are required to pay VAT on any event taking place in the UK.
Delegates will be sent information on how to claim back VAT. For
information on VAT and other local sales taxes for courses being held
outside the UK, please refer to the schedule or call +44 (0)20 7017

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received in writing between 15-11
working days before the programme starts will be charged 40% of the
course fee. The full course fees remain payable on and after this date.
Substitutions are welcome at any time. It may be necessary for reasons
beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing of
the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contract is subject
