Document/upload meeting minutes, take attendance, and communicate with advisor and
other officers pertaining to the chapters activities.

Vice President of Student Government Association 2010/11
Created a bridge between IUE SGA (Student Government Association) and Faculty Senate

including being the first student representative in Faculty Senate as well as with AUSA
(All University Student Association) of Indiana University. Revised SGAs Constitution
and streamlined our Election process. Also included in my job duties was to work with the
President in his duties and to perform these duties in his absence. I worked with the
President, Director of Campus Life and the Vice-Chancellor of External Affairs for the
executive branch to have stipends for the next academic year.

Committee Member of Student Trustee Search and Screen for Indiana University 2010/11
Appointed by the Chancellor to represent Indiana University East (IUE) to select the next
Student Trustee for Indiana University.

President of Humanities Club 2010/11
Assisted our advisor with organizing and sending the appropriate paperwork to Campus Life
and SGA for approval. I also made plans for the future of our club by attaining an additional
advisor to help with the workload of our current advisor as well as creating a plan to generate
more funding for our clubs bi-annual trip to the Stratford Shakespeare Festival.

Vice President Students Today Alumni Tomorrow 2010/11
Developed this organization with help from the President and the Director of Alumni
Relations to connect currents students with alumni. I wrote the Constitution while the
President finished the rest of the necessary paperwork to make this organization an official
student organization. We also host Homecoming events with the help from the Alumni and
SGA (they fund us but we organize it).


Secretary of Student Government Association 2009/2010
Developed a system for attendance, began the process for bridging SGA with Faculty Senate
and AUSA. Worked with Vice Chancellor of External Affairs and the Director of Campus Life
(SGAs Advisor) to create a better environment for the general members of SGA and the
executive branch along with my duties as secretary: taking minutes, coordinating with the
President to communicate with general members and other officers, maintain attendance for
all members.

Vice President Humanities Club 2009/2010
Created web pages for Humanities Club as well as assist the President and advisor with
planning activities including our bi-annual trip to Stratford and our annual book sale. I was
solely in charge of the booksale which is always our biggest fundraiser of the year. We had a
record turnout of donations and profits.

Secretary of World Language and Culture Club 2008/2009
Maintained minutes and assisted the President with organizing the Hispanic Heritage
Celebration (an annual event that has been ongoing for several years).

Officer at Large Humanities Club 2008/2009
Collaborate with other officers and advisor to decide upon the activities the club will plan for
the semester.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Cloverbud Advisor for Pets-n-Partners 4-H Club January 2012-present
Attend training sessions, organize the activities for the Cloverbuds, assist the Cloverbuds with
their 4-H activities before and during the fair.
Committee Member of Senior Class Challenge Campaign 2010/11
Collaborated with the Director of Gift Development with organizing the kick off events,
spreading the word about the Challenge and recommending what the class would like to do
with the collected gifts.

Cloverbud Advisor for Paws-a-tive Attitude 4-H Club December 2010- December 2011
Attend training sessions, organize the activities for the Cloverbuds, assist the Cloverbuds with
their 4-H activities before and during the fair.
