the age of eight by Dr. Earl D. Trent,

At the age of 20, under the
leadership of Dr. Robert Scott

While at St. Pauls Rev. Brown served as a teacher for
Vacation Bible School, Bible Study instructor, and Co-
director and Co-founder of St. Paul's youth mentoring
program entitled "Radical for Christ: A voice in Praise." After
serving for some time Rev. Brown delivered his initial sermon
and was licensed to preach the Gospel on June 14, 1998,
and after showing himself faithful to the call of God, Rev.
Brown was ordained on June 18
th
, 2006 by Dr. Robert Scott
Jones (Pastor of St. Pauls Baptist Church).

Rev. Brown is a graduate of Johnson C. Smith University,

while at Johnson C. Smith were: member of the football team,
graduated Cum Laude, being named to Who's Who Among
American Colleges and Universities, recipient of the National
Communications Arts award both his Junior and Senior year,
serving the University as a Resident Advisor, tutor, and disc
jockey for the campus radio station. Also while at Johnson C.

God under the mentoring of University Chaplain Rev. Warren
J. Lesane, Jr. He did this by serving as the Assistant to the
university Chaplain.

Rev. Brown is a graduate of Howard University School of
Divinity where he received his Masters of Divinity Degree.
Rev. Brown served at Macedonia Baptist Church in Arlington,

and as Director of Christian Education ministry from 2005 to
2007, under the leadership of Dr. Leonard L. Hamlin, Sr.

Presently Rev. Brown serves as Pastor of First Baptist
Chesterbrook of McLean, Va. He is enjoying the experience
and loving the journey that God has him and the
congregation on as they become Disciples Making a
Kingdom Impact. In addition to pasturing, Rev. Brown has
served the community as an advocate for prevention in

growing and coming into deeper relationship with Jesus
Christ.
