permitted.

following categories are not eligible to participate or win a priEe2 =a< persons who are a

distribution of materials, or drawing of winters for this ContestF and =c< persons who are
immediate family of or who reside in the same household as any person in either of the
proceeding categories =d< persons who ha,e had or are currently in the process of
ha,ing any -ind of recording deal.

criteria will be based on the musical and entertainment ;uality of the entry, including
talent and ,ocal ability. 3udges decision will be final and binding in all respects. %he
