CARDIO BLAST: Burn fat with interval circuit training. Interval training is a proven way to improve conditioning and burn calories. This
class combines basic cardio interval moves with strength training to provide an excellent workout. All fitness levels need to try this one!

HIIT: A 30 minute high intensity class for all levels! Alternating between strength and cardio intervals, you will get a full body workout.
Get in, get out and get sweaty!!

KICKBOXING: This class will blend safety and technique into a tough but FUN energizing fat-burning workout that leaves you with a per-
sonal sense of empowerment and control. Classic jabs, punches, and kicks will be combined with athletic/sports drills.

METABOLIC MELT DOWN: 45 minute class that raises your metabolism and melts your fat while incorporating strength and cardio move-
ments in a fast paced challenging class!

PILATES: 45 minutes of total body conditioning exercises combining flexibility and strength. Develops mind and body uniformity; provides
balance, flexibility, and strength; improves postures.

POWER HOUR: Our Saturday morning workout that gives you pure cardio for the entire hour filled with step, athletic style drills, hi/low
and plyometric moves. Jump start your weekend with this dynamic class!!!

SILVER SNEAKERS: Enhance flexibility, bone strength, and muscular endurance with this 45 minutes workout designed especially for sen-
iors.

STEP INTERVAL: Get in shape fast with this high intensity, calorie burning class that involves a variety of cardio moves from step and hi-
lo aerobics. Intensity can be modified and will be offered. Strength training and muscle toning will be included in this 45 minute interval
STEP & STRENGTH class.

STEP MIX: If you love step, this is the class for you!!! Step Mix A 45 minute classic high intensity, fast paced, fat burning fun class using
adjustable step platforms to fit your level of fitness.

STRICTLY ABS: A 15 minute class with a functional results driven approach to abdominal and core strengthening by targeting various
muscles of the abdominals and back.

TGIF!!! COMBO: This class is a high intensity step/cardio mixer. Step, hi/low and kickboxing will all be included in this 45 minute calorie
burning class. Intensity of the workout can be adjusted to suit all levels of fitness.

TONE & SCULPT: 45 minute class that will target all major muscle groups with the use of resistance tools such as dumbbells, body bars,
resistance tubing and balls. The goal of the class is to improve muscular strength while sculpting and toning the body.

Y-FIT XTRAINING: Dont miss this one! If youre looking for an intense workout-this is the one for you! This class will meet outside
(weather permitting) and combines a cardio vascular workout and intense strengthening of your entire body.

Y-CYCLE: An indoor cycling class designed for all fitness levels. Moderate to high intensity, 30 or 45 minute class that simulates an out-
door ride: climbs, jump, cruise, and sprint the distance to improved cardiovascular fitness. Bottled water and a small hand towels are rec-
ommended for this class. If this is your first time to a Y-cycle class, please be to class 10 minutes early so that you can be set up on a bike
properly by the instructor.

YOGA: 45 or 60 minute class that relieves tension while improving muscle strength and flexibility. Increase focus and concentration
through the coordination of movement and breathing. This is a basic class designed for all levels.

ZUMBA: Zumba is a 60 minute class that uses a mix of Latin and international music to create a dynamic, fun, and effective cardio
workout. The class is designed to utilize an interval training format, combining various rhythms with movements that tone and sculpt the
body.

AQUATICS

WATER FITNESS: 45 minute intense water workout, taught in the Therapy Pool, includes 30 minutes of aerobic conditioning and 15
minutes of total body toning using bands, noodles & weights.

DEEP WATER AEROBICS: 90 minutes of a water workout designed to increase your cardio endurance and build muscle.

LOW INTENSITY ARTHRITIC: 45 minute water class, taught in the Therapy Pool. The class focuses on progressive improvement in
strength, endurance and range of motion

HYDRO POWER: 45 minute intense water workout, taught in the Therapy Pool, includes 30 minutes of aerobic conditioning and 15
minutes of total body toning using bands, noodles & weights.
