Job Description: Location Manager & Lead Instructor (LM & LI)

LM & LI will have to work as the Instructor for HobbyMasters Hobbies-in-Education(HiE) program to
bedelivered to children/young adults and corporates at times. They will undergo intense training and
work experience with us before they certify to teach safe and competent classes, camps, and
workshops.

Our enthusiastic and encouraging method of teaching our programmes builds childrens confidence and
love of being active.

They will also be responsible for business development in their territories and will have to work actively
along with the Sales team to acquire new customers & grow business.

Desired Skills:-

BE/ BCA/ BSc./MBA (Electronics/Computer Science Preferred) Graduate with good Communication
Skill
Good knowledge of electrical and electronic components is preferred
Passionate about being part of the expanding Education sector
Having passion for becoming a 21
st
Century skills trainer/facilitator
Willingness to travel to schools for teaching/business development
Prior experience in training/teaching/facilitating is preferred

Ability to handle and manage children (age group of 9-14yrs)
Ability to network with people in the region and build lasting relationships for HobbyMaster
Good English Communication skills/Presentation skills/Public Speaking skills

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

Facilitating experiential learning programs in schools (within/post school hours), colleges and
Corporates
Facilitating Workshops/ Summer Camp programs
Acting as an anchor for the HIE (Hobbies in Education) program in schools
Will also be responsible for business development in their location
They will essentially visit schools/pre-schools and fix up appointments for the sales teams to make
presentations
They will coordinate with prospective customers for program Demonstrations(Demo) & ensure it is
held successfully
Provide weekly reports, feedback on the status of program & business growth

Compensation:- Rs 2.4 lakhs + (Rs 1.8 lakhs fixed take home)
