• Participated in production status meetings and engaged in weekly employee training
• Prepared internal and external audits
• Created specific job milestones for current customers and followed up on those jobs to ensure deadlines were being met
• Purchased machine shop supplies (especially cutting tools) to ensure part production was maintained continuously
• Introduced to CNC machine tools and Esprit, a high performance CAM software system
