new network including (Cell Delay Variation) and analysis comparing the TCP/IP and VoIP routing delay for
transporting over SONET networks. Used OPNET tools for Network Analysis saved the company $ 4.3 Million.
New Requirement of Network Management System (NMS), TMN and its layers EML, and CNM where TL1
command language between the NEs. Capacity planning analysis technique used for DALLAS Texas and San
Francisco California Saved the company ($ 17.2 Million). Write technical paper about architecture, and
survivability of transport network.

• Lead separate International teams of engineers working on supporting the core network infrastructure and
