This article discusses about how several animals are being killed off for no reason and how
us humans are taking advantage of creatures that have no say in anything at all. I agree with
the opinion of this article and the opinions stated. Testing animals and then giving them
painkillers to reduce pain still is animal cruelty and doesnt change a thing. Animal testing
is cruelty, scientists need to find new options instead of testing animals. Several people talk
about how several of our animals are going extinct, by animal testing doesnt do us any
justice. Its not solving any of our problems, by killing the animals off will eventually kill our
human population. We need the animal food chain to keep us alive, by killing 87,000 a year
isnt going to help our society at all.

This article explains how our immune systems are different than animal immune systems.
Animals can take on different reactions to drugs than we do, Sheep can swallow large
quantities of arsenic, penicillin kills guinea pigs, aspirin kills cats, killer strychnine is
tolerated in guinea pigs. This shows that we have different metabolisms and theres no point
in harming animals when we all tolerate different things. Its a waste of time to kill of animals
when we dont function the same. Its brainwashing the public to believe that animal testing is
okay, but its not. We already know that legal drugs are highly addictive and are dangerous in
people, they cannot provide a safe or unsafe way through inflicting them on various species of
animal.

This discusses how Australia is now going to remove all products from the market that have
been used for animal testing. The Australian Health Minister agreed to the ending of
importation,manufacturing, sale and advertising of of cosmetics or cosmetic ingredients
involving animals. The Health Minister says that majority of their citizens dont even realize
whats going into their cosmetics and toiletries and this now makes them aware of what
theyre buying on the market.

This article discusses how there has been a ban put in place regarding animal testing, the
amendment was made in the Drug and Cosmetic Act, 1945. The amendment provides that any
cosmetic product which carries out animal testing will face as per provisions of the Drugs and
Cosmetics Act and the Animal Cruelty Act. However, the ban does not prevent companies
from importing and selling goods into the country. Companies are still free to outsource their
animal testing to other countries and then import newly animal-tested cosmetics and
ingredients back to India. To prevent this, India must also ban the import and sale of cosmetic
products and ingredients that have been newly animal-tested anywhere in the world.

This article talks about how animal testing is wrong. Several of mice,dogs,cats,and other
animals are locked inside cold cages in laboratories across the country. The sit and wait in
fear of the next terrible and procedure that will happen to them. The lethal dose test is
despicable. The animals they use, such as rabbits, are given substances until 50 percent of
animals die. Theres another test called daizing, where the product is placed into the
mouth,eye or face of the animal. This makes the animals unable to move, and begin to get
signs of swelling,discharge, or ulceration. If you were an animal would you want anyone doing
this to you?

skin that has been approved for use of testing of cosmetics. This is the first complete
replacement for animal testing. Cosmetic and skin care Loreal has been developing
