under article II
1. Republic Act No. 9710
"The Magna Carta of Women"

The State affirms the role of women in nation building and ensures the
substantive equality of women and men. It shall promote empowerment of
women and pursue equal opportunities for women and men and ensure equal
access to resources and to development results and outcome. Further, the
State realizes that equality of men and women entails the abolition of the
unequal structures and practices that perpetuate discrimination and
inequality.


Section 14.
The state recognizes the role of women in nation-building,
and shall ensure the fundamental equality before the law of
women and men.
2. Republic Act No. 9485
"Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007"

AN ACT TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY IN THE DELIVERY OF GOVERNMENT
SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC BY REDUCING BUREAUCRATIC RED TAPE,
PREVENTING GRAFT AND CORRUPTION, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES
THEREFORE


Section 27.
The state shall maintain honesty and integrity in the public
service and take positive and effective measures against graft
and corruption.
3. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8042
Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act of 1995.

AN ACT TO INSTITUTE THE POLICIES OF OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT AND
ESTABLISH A HIGHER STANDARD OF PROTECTION AND PROMOTION OF
THE WELFARE OF MIGRANT WORKERS, THEIR FAMILIES AND OVERSEAS
FILIPINOS IN DISTRESS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES


Section 18.
The state shall affirms labor as primary social economic
force. It shall protect the rights of workers and promote
their welfare.
4. REPUBLIC ACT No. 2264
THE LOCAL AUTONOMY ACT

AN ACT AMENDING THE LAWS GOVERNING LOCAL GOVERNMENTS BY
INCREASING THEIR AUTONOMY AND REORGANIZING PROVINCIAL
GOVERNMENTS.


Section 25.
The state shall insure the autonomy of local governments.
5. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10176
"Arbor Day Act of 2012

AN ACT REVIVING THE OBSERVANCE OF ARBOR DAY BY AUTHORIZING
THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS THE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR
CELEBRATING THE DAY FOR TREE PLANTING AS AN ANNUAL EVENT.

Towards this end, the vital role and importance of trees in ecological stability
is recognized. Hence, there is a need for a collaborated effort between the
State and its citizenry to combat the loss of our natural resources and
rejuvenate our environment by undertaking nationwide tree planting activities
and providing effective measures for their maintenance and sustainability.



Section 16.
The state shall protect and advance the right of the people
to a balanced and healthful ecology in accord with the
rhythm and harmony of nature
