There is simply no such thing as right or wrong when it comes to creative journaling. You can draw pictures, maps or secret symbols about your day. Write a song or a story about traveling in space! On one day, just write or just draw. Or on another day, do both! Remember, its your journal and your choice. Come back to this list any time and try one of the ideas! And by the way, you can also find creative ways to journal about things that make you sad, things that upset you and things that are difficult to deal with. It doesnt have to always be happy. In fact, sometimes using creativity to express difficult emotions is easier to do than just plain old writing or talking about it. Sometimes, it can even help you feel better.
