I used adobe fireworks to create 3 logos for Eaglehawk Athletics Club

Logo 1

I used Adobe Fireworks and used a 300 by 300 transparent base. For the photo i used an

eagle from the internet, i used copy and paste to put it into my logo design.

I then used the laso tool to outline the eagle picture from its background. I clicked the

select tool and clicked the eagle and used copy and paste to put it into a new document.

Once the eagle was in the new document I used to erase tool until the the white

surrounding it was all gone. I then clicked on the filters and changed the hue/saturation

until it turned blue, the eaglehawk colour. I clicked filters again and clicked insert

emboss.

I then inserted text and wrote 'EAGLEHAWK' in big navy letters. Underneath I wrote

'YMCA athletics club" in smaller light blue writing. I clicked on th fliters button and made

the large writing "insert emboss" and the smaller writing "inner bevel" to create depth

and movement.

I saved my logo as a JPEG.

Logo 2

I used Adobe Fireworks and used a 300 by 300 transparent base. I found a running baby

eagle on google images. I used copy and paste to put it into my logo design.

I then used the laso tool to outline the eagle picture from its background. I clicked the

select tool and clicked the eagle and used copy and paste to put it into a new document.

Once the eagle was in the new document I used to erase tool until the the white
surrounding it was all gone. I clicked filters and changed the colours so it was blue, the

eaglehawk colours. I inserted text in blue writing and another word underneath. For the

word underneath I ued justified alignment so it streached for the length of the word

above it. I made a relay baton by insertin a rectangle and using a blue texture.

I saved the file as a JPEG.

Logo 3

Once the eagle was in the new document I used to erase tool until the the white

surrounding it was all gone. I then clicked on the filters and changed the hue/saturation

until it turned blue, the eaglehawk colours. I also used inner glow and insert emboss for

movement and texture. I put a rounded rectangle in the background and used filters and

glow. I used white writing and clicked insert emboss to create depth. I did another lot of

writing and did the same.

I saved the file as a JPEG.
