Recognized the need for staff training and monthly reviews of charts and drug administration
records within the Residential Care community. I developed a plan to meet the needs and
obligations of this group, and then proceeded to marketed myself as an independent
contractor/ Registered Nurse Consultant. I contracted with 4 businesses and provided
monthly staff in-service educational presentations in addition to reviewing and maintaining
medical records.
