India Program Co-Ordinator Molecular Products

Reporting to: Managing Director UKIBC India Pvt. Ltd.

Job Title: India Program Co-Ordinator Molecular Products LLP

Objectives

1. Create and manage commercial opportunities for the entire range of MP Group
products.
2. With MPG support, achieve targeted sales growth.
3. Liaise directly with major resellers, OEMs and distributors across the defined territory
and markets to build relationships in order to maximise business opportunities, and
MPG brand presence.
4. Carry out market reviews & studies to develop action plans, aligned to MPG vision
and strategy for the territory.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Research commercial opportunities for MPG products, in target markets.
Develop initiatives and programmes necessary to deliver sales growth.
Support MP Personnel to negotiate contracts and manage account relationships at all
levels.
Support MP sales team to manage account relationship directly by creating effective
relationships with technical, purchasing, safety and regulatory staff at all levels. Visit
key accounts regularly and proactively.
Meet agreed performance, growth objectives and agreed key account sales targets.
Represent the company in pursuit of all market applications and focus on building a
sales pipeline of viable opportunities.
Manage the relationship with the distributor network across designated markets.
Develop distributor network and create effective relationships across all markets to
increase opportunities for MPG product sales.
Build relationships with the end-user community of behalf of the Company,
representing the Company at exhibitions and other external events as appropriate.
Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behaviour is
compliant with the Companys ethics code and values.
Deliver accurate and timely visit reports, territory performance and budget reports as
required by senior management.
Communicate consistently and effectively with sales management to ensure optimum
deployment of resources and to enhance opportunities for new contract acquisition.



Experience Required

Minimum 8-10 years experience of selling technical products within the Indian sub -
continent directly and through third parties.
Proven experience of successfully achieving commercial targets.
Knowledge of international sales covering a range of cultures.
Valid driving licence and passport.

Education

Chemical Engineer B.E. BTech (required) with MBA (desired)

Must approach the role and tasks in a structured fashion, with determination,
enthusiasm, and energy.
Must demonstrate skills in presenting technology to clients and in closing technical
sales deals.
Very strong communication skills (in English) both oral and written.
Excellent customer facing skills.
Good negotiation and influencing skills.
Self-starter.
Desire to learn.
Ability to travel 50% of time (Pan India) to pursue opportunities and develop account
relationships.
Occasional trip to Molecular Product factory in UK (immediately after joining) and US
as and when required.

Degree level qualification (Chemical background)

Experience

Recent and relevant industrial experience

Recent and relevant experience of successfully
delivering complex projects

Recent and relevant experience of closing technical
sales

Recent and relevant international exposure

Chemical technology, air purification products in
across industry Industrial , Medical and Military etc.



Terms and Conditions

a) Salary: Negotiable for suitable candidates.

b) Initially a fixed term appointment for 12 months with good possibility of extension
and a permanent role after 12 months.

c) Candidate will be working as employee of UKIBC, working dedicatedly for
Molecular Products LLP through its Launchpad service.
