There are many companies who will monitor advertisements
specifically in the gaming industry to make sure all the rules are
followed and the correct procedures are taken. For example,
ensuring the market specifications for the product are suitable for
the age rating & content of the game its self.
One of these companies who will specifically monitor
advertisements is ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) Their aim is
to:

Make regulating online ads successful.
Taking a responsibility within the social issues that appear in
advertising today.
Being more involved in the notion of prevention instead of
finding a cure for the issue.
Relating more to the consumers their businesses and the
society they are linked to.

The alpha test is normally the first point of call for
developers which is released internally in to the company,
this is soon followed (3-4months) by a beta test which is
then released to the public after most if not all the bugs
have been fixed.

With the main target schools from my research I have discovered
there are 25,000 state primary schools in the UK, with the total at the
moment at 4.4 million students in primary if we estimate to sell
between 100-150 games to these schools we are looking at figures of:

With the main target being schools upon release we also have
considered selling to households on Apple, Android and leappad
devices, all being the same price as to not show favouritism between
software systems.
