20K House 2BDRM


The 20K House is an ongoing research project to develop
well-designed affordable houses that support an industry
of home building across the rural south.
The project seeks to create dignifed houses that make
responsible home ownership a possibility for everyone.

analysis, purchase orders, and the model adapts in
real time with design changes.
The 20K Project is intended to be a
proftable enterprise for contractors
rather than depending on volunteer
