III. OBSERVATION AND COMMENTS:

1. As a trainee I observe that the school needs more workers in Technical support that knows how to repair
computers. Can install operating and applications properly and knows about basic electronics. So, It is good that the
school offers OJT and the trainees will do the task.
2. Need of manpower because there are a lot of work to be done, like reformatting and installation of
applications in the computer, transferring the computers to another room and carrying tables from the construction
site.
3. I also observe that when there is a defective part of the computers. The trainer will request first before that
defective part of the computer will be replace. I mean that there is no immediate replacement of that defective
computer parts if there is an important documents in it to be used.
4. Instructors always asked about also there internet connections to fix. We dont respond immediately
because we have works to do.
