Abstract

The problem that we specify is that now day it is too difficult for both writing and
maintaining records manually.
It takes lots of time for writing records manually. Even there is chance of missing
of Information before it is entered to the Manual records. It may not update in
time due to delay in one transaction, which may affect the other. After our
information has been entered and if any mistakes are there then our transaction
may not be valid which may take some time or even a few days to rectify.
It is a long process that takes more time and money. The authority has to keep the
details of each and every registered employee manually. They have to generate
pay slips for every Employee within time. Even they has to keep the duplicate
copy of reports generated because if some Employees wont get their pay slips,
they should contact the authority directly to receive their pay slips, loans etc.
To over come the problem above specified we have automated every module and
the transaction that takes place manually. And any user can operate, as it is user
friendly
To register an employee we need to login as a system administrator
who will only have the permission to add, delete and update the information. It
provides the checkbo at user level where the only registered employee
information to be selected. !ence it make easier for the user to give attendance.
The user has to "ust click the attendance form and put the attendance. we can
generate a report there itself after the attendance is completed. Every event in the
organi#ation is automated to make the work faster and simpler and can be
managed by a single user. $o, now days every organi#ation prefers for a simpler
work, which can be easy to maintain with minimal cost. !ence it is reliable and
cost effective pro"ect therefore, it is more preferable.
Existing system
Eisting system is manual system. It consumes time to search because it is a manual
process and often error prone. And it is not providing any security to the data.
Disadvantages of existing system

Proposed System
This pro"ect provides a very good user interface for the user to access information with
least effort. The system provides various functionalities to the user for any type of details
about the various types of services and facilities. $ince the information is available on the
server at any point of time and from any department updated information will be
provided.

The module stores the information of an employee attendance. Its also
consists of an employee overtime details.

The current module consists of the phone calls received for an employees
with his contact /umbers and address. In case an employee receives a call
in his absence he can retrive the missing calls from this module.

.. Administrator#
This module is mainly used to generate reports and registering an
employee, /ew Meter in the organi#ation. It is used at administrator level0
all the other modules are under user level.
