2 Goals
Use Wordpress to participate in lengthier ongoing discussions and contribute to an
interesting, meaningful, and more developed conversation about issues surrounding uses
of and ethical concerns about digital media.
3 Requirements
1. Create a Wordpresss account and Wordpress blog . Submit your Wordpress blog url to
me by tweeting it with #engl2269 in class on 8.21.

2. Respond to each blog prompt by the due date, both of which I will provide in class and
on Carmen.

3. Reply to at least one of your classmates blog posts for each prompt within one day
(after) the posts due date. Feel free to reply more if you want!

5. Adhere to the following guidelines:
All posts and replies should be related to the prompts and course topic. Your posts
should demonstrate your engagement with the course readings, in-class
discussions, or draw attention to the significance of relevant stories in the news
about digital media.
Make the blog organized and visually appealing.
Think analytically about your posts. Use descriptive tags and the length of posts
strategically to develop complex and thoughtful responses to the prompts.
You may include digital media elements like audio, video, and images within your
post, but you must also include a thoughtful rationale for their inclusion and
relevance to the blog prompt.
