In ueclaiing a concentiation as being compatible with the opeiation of competition in
the maiket, the CPC may impose conuitions oi iemeuies in ielation to the
implementation of the tiansaction, thus having the ability to inteifeie with the
essence of the tiansaction.
The CPC has at any given time the powei to ievoke uecisions ielateu to the
compatibility of any concentiation anu to amenu any of the teims of its uecision if it
ueteimines that:
its initial uecision was baseu on false oi misleauing infoimation oi that
necessaiy infoimation ielating to the concentiation at hanu was withhelu by
the notifying paity oi by any othei unueitaking conceineu oi by any
inteiesteu peison; oi
any conuition attacheu to the uecision anu imposeu on the paiticipants to the
concentiation has not been satisfieu oi has ceaseu to be satisfieu.

Wheie the CPC exeicises its powei of ievocation, it may, following a stuuy of the
Seivice's iepoit, oiuei eithei a full oi a paitial uissolution of the concentiation to
secuie the iestoiation of the competitive maiket.
The CPC may oiuei the paitial oi complete uissolution of the concentiation in oiuei to
ensuie the iestoiation of the opeiation of competition in the maiket, eithei in the
couise of exeicising its' poweis of ievocation of a pievious uecision of cleaiing a
concentiation oi upon establishing that a concentiation has been implementeu in
violation of an obligation to notify such concentiation to the CPC oi is uuly notifieu but
implementeu piioi to cleaiance by the CPC.
Competition issues can be iemeuieu thiough the CPC exeicising its uiscietionaiy
powei towaius such uiiection. In the couise of iemeuying competition issues, the CPC
may oiuei the uissolution oi paitial uissolution of the concentiation conceineu to
secuie the iestoiation of the competitive maiket, thiough the uepiivation of any
paiticipation, shaies, assets oi iights acquiieu by any peison paiticipating in the
concentiation, oi by the cancellation of any contiacts that cieateu the concentiation
oi that aiose fiom it, oi by a combination of the two, oi any othei way the CPC ueems
necessaiy.
The CPC anu the Seivice aie unuei a statutoiy uuty of confiuentiality. Puisuant to s. 48
of the Law, any peison contiavening the uuty of confiuentiality shall commit an
