Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of !elarus The website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of +elarus is divided in 4 sections* 3ome, Ministry, &ontacts and Foreign missions of the Republic of +elarus. Analysing the webpage it can be noticed that the main areas of interest are pointing to the multilateral cooperation, Foreign trade and foreign policy. $t also has a 5%ress 'ervice# where articles, news, statements and speeches are presented regarding their missions. At the present time the Republic of +elarus is more interested in the attraction and effective use of investments. The priority of the +elarussian diplomats is to attract foreign investments in the economy of the country and to promote +elarus abroad for being a favourable place for such actions. This is one of the strategies developed under the framewor of multilateral cooperation. The 5Multilateral &ooperation# section is presenting +elarus cooperation with partners and organi-ations of the post6'oviet countries 7&$', EurAsE&, &'T,8. Also, the country cooperates with few international organi-ations 7E0, 9AT,, '&,8 as a non6member and sends its delegations to multilateral international forums. Comparison between MFA of the Republic of !elarus and Romania &omparing +elarus with Romania, we can observe that the information presented on +elarus webpage is more reserved and more eastern6oriented than Romania is. Most of the actions of +elarus are trade and economic oriented. As a matter of fact, there could not be found any specific section about military organi-ation or missions taen in this sense. Romanias website of MFA it is obvious it is more pro6western oriented. There is a 5European Affairs# section, $nternational 'ecurity, +ilateral Relations and /evelopment &ooperation %olicy. The website of the MFA of Romania is an e:plosion of information and events related to global issues, to E0 enlargement and public and cultural diplomacy. ;e can see the openness of the country to all ind of events and participation to every type of mission in order to enhance multilateral cooperation through different means. The MFA of the Republic of +elarus seems lie it is more 5<uiet# and is limiting the main priorities and concerns only to the foreign trade and investment support. $t is not offering too much information about the multilateral cooperation and no bilateral cooperation is specified.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation The website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation is laced of transparency. $t only presents few information and lins regarding the basic documents on domestic and foreign policy, statements and speeches and diplomatic and consular missions of Russia. $t also presents a short resume of the Minister '.1. "avrov and Ma)or staff. $n terms of openness and transparency, the Republic of +elarus tends to have a resemblance with the MFA of the Russian Federation and in comparison with Romanias MFA most of the sub)ects are Eastern6oriented. Comparing the MFA of the Russian Federation with both Romania and +elarus MFAs, it can be noticed the small amount of information that the Federation is presenting. There is nothing specified about military operations, bilateral=multilateral cooperation, human rights, trades and economics or other regional cooperation, etc. $t is obvious that Ministry of Russian Federation is inclined to show less transparency when it comes about its domestic and e:ternal organi-ation. The only similarity that the website of the Russian MFA has with the other two is the fact that it does not hesitate to present its official headings and diplomatic and consular missions. The rest remains restricted or poorly presented.
