Weekly market view
Markets consolidated last week and showed weekly downfall for second
consecutive week mainly led by geo-political situation in Iraq. Nifty future on
weekly charts showed certain correction after formation of reversal
candlestick pattern while it managed to close above the key support mark of
7510. Indices are in bull run so short bull rally is expected after certain
correction. Hence, on daily charts pull back can be seen if it holds above 7500
towards the resistance of 7700-7720. Any closing below 21 day SMA of 7480
may result in dragging of nifty towards deeper supports. Key factors deciding
the further trend includes monsoon and upcoming Budget decisions and on
global front is Iraq crisis.
