RE: Crafting Committee on the UP Agenda and UP Situationer


Dear fellow student leaders:


Warm greetings of solidarity!

As per the resolutions passed during the 38
th
General Assembly of Student Councils at the UP Visayas
Tacloban College, the Office of the Student Regent is requesting the following in order to convene the steering
committees for:

(1) UP Agenda

Two (2) members from each University Student Council and one (1) member from each College
Student Council, preferably members of the Students Rights and Welfare Committee or its equivalent
committee.

(2) UP Situationer

Two (2) members from each University Student Council and one (1) member from each College
Student Council, preferably members of the Education and Research Committee or its equivalent
committee.

Please send the list of your nominated member/s along with their contact details to
uposr.secretariat@gmail.com on or before June 27, 2014. The Office shall convene the said crafting
committees in order to draft the UP Agenda and the UP Situationer at the soonest possible time.
