TASK 4

Using information supplied:-

i) Sub - categorise and file the product data according to whether they are Clothing or
Shoeschoose
ii) Input an Amazon Browse Node value to the supplied spreadsheet.

4) Each folder from Task3 contains a series of workbooks with the name of the brand and the
product reference number ( e.g. AM_CA_DataReMap 21441-34382 )

TASK

i) Open the Excel Workbook named 'BrandName'_CA_DataReMap_xxxxx-xxxxx_task3.xls
ii) Open the Excel Workbooks named uk_shoes_browse_tree_guide._TTH_ '. and
uk_apparel_browse_tree_guide._TTH_
iii) Looking at the product worksheet and the associated images, (in the folder xxxxx-xxxxx), use the
supplied Amazon Browse tree guide to select a suitable Browse Node to describe the product. It is
ESSENTIAL to be precise in choosing these when in doubt please ASK us.
iv) Input the selected Browse Tree Node to the spreadsheet in Task 4 for the Brands products
Column BC, under Attribute9Value
v) Save this file into the 'BrandName' folder in Task 4 , sub categorised according to whether the
item is VAT rated or Zero VAT, and whether the item is a piece of Clothing (apparel) or a pair of
shoes. Use the following file naming convention:-
'BrandName'_CA_DataReMap_xxxxx-xxxxx_task4 - as an Excel 97 2003 workbook


Example:-
i) Open 'AM'_CA_DataReMap_xxxxx-xxxx_task3.xls
ii) Open the Excel Workbook named uk_shoes_browse_tree_guide._TTH_ '.
iii) Look at the workbook, and at the images in the folder 21441-34383. Using the
information in the sheet in the 'AM'_CA_DataReMap.xls workbook, choose an
appropriate value for the Amazon Browse Node. For FamilyProductReference 21441-
34383 , looking in column F we see the LongProductName Ladies Slip On Shoe
iv) Use the MetadataReferenceShu2u2014MASTER Spreadsheet to see which classification
is closest. Looking at the corresponding product image:-


In this instance, the best corresponding category on the Amazon Browse tree guide is
Shoes & Bags/Shoes/Womens Shoes , and the corresponding Browse Node ID is
1769798031



v) Input the selected Browse Tree Node to Column BC, under Attribute9Value , in the
'AM'_CA_DataReMap.xls spreadsheet
vi) Save this workbook as AM_CA_DataReMap_xxxxx-xxxxx_task4 in the Folder \Google
Drive\ TASK4\VAT RATED PRODUCTS TASK 4\Shoes\AM, together with the appropriate
images file.


The link to the required files will be supplied to the oDesk worker upon hiring.

As part of this fully paid process, you will need to supply a completed Spreadsheet for TWO products
one item of Clothing and one Item of footwear and upload them to the correct location on the
Google Drive for me to verify before continuing with the rest of the task.
