This course focuses on the matrix analysis of statically determinate and indeterminate trusses, beams and frames for internal forces and displacements using the irect Stiffness Method, !hich is the method used in most computer programs. The application of the method to plane grids, space trusses and space frames !ill be also presented. Special topics on modeling of supports, hinges and substructures !ill be discussed.
