Health Trade Licensing Guide Lines, Rules and Associated Processes
A person who intends to set up a trade for the following trades can apply for a Health
Trade License.
1. Classification of Trades

Charges associated #ith the License
1. Application*Processing $ees - will be collected at the time of
$ubmission of Application -orm for +ew Health Trade License
". Registration Charges . will be collected only for appro3ed applications.
&. License $ee . are the annual license fee and will be collected only for
appro3ed applications.
). Transaction Charges 4 These charges will be collected for appro3ed
applications and the charges will be depending on the si5e of transaction

2. Applicants can renew the license up to three years for the trades under

License Rene#al Period and Late $ee Charges

1. Valid (non-expired) Licenses can be renewed in the month of March
and April only without any late fees. In other words the Licenses
can be renewed prior to !" days from the date of expiry and within
one month after expiry without any late fee.

4 Late -ee .harges E%F of License -ee per month will be
collected.

4 Late -ee .harges will be double the Annual License -ee for

0n case of Eating and Lodging/Boarding Establishments: capacity can be
increased.

Charges associated #ith the Amendment of Licenses

.harges will be collected at the time of $ubmission of Application -orm
for Amendment of Health Trade License
. Amendment $ee . will be decided by !.1 officials depending on the
Type of Amendment at the time of appro3al of the application.
