information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent

Terms and conditions
This is a list of basic terms and conditions for staff of the JNM PRO BRO Cast group.
Op=our promise- what we guarantee
S=section- basic rules and regulations
P=part- part two of a rule
Sb=subsection- other things
D=description- describes some things

[op]our promise:
Op1 we guarantee to pay at the end of a 6 month period. The amount paid will vary on income received.
Op2 we will help you with whatever we can
Op3 we promise service whenever we can at an email that will be on the channel



[S]The basics:
S1 weekly video output must be at least [1]
S2 all new videos must be uploaded as private so the video can be reviewed and looked over for any
violations.
S3 videos of you complaining, dissing, or slandering another youtuber or any persons will be taken down
and you will be given a strike.
S4 your salary will be deducted every month by a certain percentage, this percentage can and will
change frequently, failing to pay your percentage will allow us to forcefully either remove the money or
cut you off from any partnership perks and still take the percentage of money that was supposed to be
taken
S5 at the end of every 6 month period we will distribute all money collected from each member and give
the money in forms of checks to each member. This can vary depending on every channels income,
leaving no person unpaid if one person becomes insanely popular.
S6 if we find you in violation of the rules we will request that the video be removed, if it is not removed
it will be forcefully removed.
S7 if you have your own channel we will request your channel information, if you do not, we can provide
a channel for you.
S8 all members of the cast are allowed to use only the chat removing hack on the machinecraft tekkit
classic server and tekkit main server. Any use of other hacks will be dealt with as usual server rules apply

[D]description:
D1 strikes- something you do that violates the rules will give you a strike, getting 2 strikes will force us to
lessen our partnership and cause temporary (1 month) punishment. Having 3 strikes will cause
temporary (1 month) disband from the group. Having 4 will cause a temporary (3 month) disband from
the group. Having 5 will cause an instant and permanent disband.
D2 removing strikes- to remove a strike you can for go temporary ( 1 month) punishment that forces us
to lessen your partnership, or you can wait 6 months for 1 strike to be removed.
D3 what we mean by lessening partnership is that we will lower your percent income and put it to the
company rather than you this will vary depending on what an admin or owner decide.



[sb]subsection:
Sb1 Leaving or quitting the group without proper notice will allow the owners and admins to
commandeer your channel and delete it or use it for their personal use.
Sb2 accepting the terms and conditions will accept all future changes to these terms and conditions. You
will be send a copy of the new terms and conditions when they come out.
