riven pile foundation system is still the most popular system of foundation, because
the system is very suitable for every condition of soil. Besrdes it is practical, economical
and most reliable.

With the invention of JHS Joint System, prestressed pile can be easily jointed to
penetrate up to 55 m depth or even more. lt has already been proven that the strength of
the joint is at least as strong as the pile itself.

With our production system and under sirick control experienced staff. JHS Factory in
Cakung can produce 3.000 m' high quality (K500) prestressed pile per day. And with our
lransportation capacity, we are able to deliver our product throughout Indonesia on time.

JHS WEDGE JOINT SYSTEM
Some advantages :
. JHS wedge joint system :s patented internationally
. The strength ofjoint depends on wedge and not welding.
The welding is only to keep the wedge in place
. The joint has equal stiffness to the pile itself, so it can avoid
stress concentration in joint

NOTEl:
Number of wedges for joint splices could be modified upon ceftain Circumstances
with equivalent strength, ( 2 wedges or 1 wedge on each side of pile ).
