Industry practitioners will get the opportunity to exchange and understand the
dynamic Asian fashion business landscape

Singapore, 9 April 2014 The Asia Fashion Summit (AFS) 2014 will see top
fashion names come forth for the regions only conference that focuses on the
business of fashion. Themed Asias Business Perspective, AFS 2014 is into its fifth
year and will provide fresh perspectives and business insight by the fashion worlds
leading game-changers.
Organised by the Textile & Fashion Federation (TaFf), AFS 2014 promises to be the
premier fashion and retail business platform where there is something for every
fashion industry professional and enthusiast. From our very own local designer Ms
Priscilla Shunmugam, with her contemporary Asian-inspired clothes, to Mr Rick Yoo,
Managing Director of Lotte Global Fashion Division, top fashion leaders like them will
share their insights and the intricacies of the business fashion industry.
In todays environment where fashion is complex and ever-changing, keeping up-to-
date with the right trends, information and forecasts is the key to success.
Participants will be able to glean insights that are current and useful, straight from
top experts all over the world. Seeing a notable Korean fashion and retail influence
on our local markets recently, we have invited speakers from brands such as Lotte
and LG to the Summit this year. I am excited to learn from fellow fashion
