21. Left side jump back-both hands blocking up then down, pull to cat stance, front

HAND TO HAND TECHNIQUE
1. Block out, twist down, kick
2. Cross block to outside, back sweep, trap hand, punch
3. Block outside, spin, block, hook kick
4. Block out, spin block, grab elbow, ribs, back sweep as you hit to head, kick
5. Block out, trap knee, chop, chop
6. Block down, two hand hit
7. Block inside with two fist, back hand to temple
8. Turn and circle the grab, back fist the ribs, strike behind the ear
9. Stomach in-block down, circle the wrist, bend the elbow, knife back, knee stomach
10. Same hand side block up, circle other hand under, swing knife down into stomach
NUNCHUKA SPINS
The student needs to learn 12 of the 18 basic nunchuka spins and put them together
In a flowing routine.
1. Up and down

3. Figure 8 upward and downward
4. Pop from under arm
5. Catch under arm
6. Catch behind the back
7. Across each shoulder and between the legs
8. Wheel spin - reverse grip spin 3X
9. Figure 8 overhead from back

LONG FORMS

Bow
Hold ball, step across fly (low stance)
Raise up to bo stance, both hands strike to break, hit -right hand forward, left hand back
Step back-hold the ball- step cross and fly (low stance)
Sweep up, both hands strike out
Hold the ball-step across and fly, reverse stance
Turn the body and go to one knee, open wings, hands circle up and strike
Hold the ball jump across and fly, right hand raises circle and thrust
Right foot step through to bo stance, both hands strike at 45 degrees
Right foot step back, turn to bo stance, right hand chop with head block
Step up feet together, hold the ball
