Being part of the GTID group since 2005, API2M
designs and produces mechanics, thin
aluminium/stainless steel sheet metal parts and
welded systems. Its expertise extends from small
parts to the manufacturing of large structural parts
(over 2.5 meters). API2Mcompletes its offer with the
on-site realization of surface treatment (alodine,
surtec, inorganic black anodizing) as well as paint
finishing.
API2M is referenced in the Defense, aeronautics,

Fiber placement robots and software: Automated
process for the manufacturing of composite parts such
as the fuselage, fairings and doors, but also spars and
local reinforcement.
The process is based on the use of industrial robots,
which makes it attractive and flexible.
The software sold with the robots is integrated in the
CATIA DELMIA suite and allows the complete simulation
of the design of the composites part, right through to

PROLANN is a 40 years-old company specialized in
machining high-precision mechanical parts for the
aeronautics, civil and defence industries.
Working on a 2,500 m site, PROLANN has 45
employees including a design and engineering office.
Boosted by a dynamic investment policy, PROLANN
today owns 9 machining centres with 3, 4 and 5 axes,
including 2 on-line FMS centres and 2 CNC lathes, one
of them being a dual spindle lathe with a rotating tool.
We machine all types of materials for maximum
volumes equalling 600 mm to the cube (24 inches)3
using the centres and maximum diameters equalling
300 mm (12 inches) using the lathes.
Throughout the years, we have got specialized in
machining fastening systems, cold plates, microwave
frequency parts as well as mounted, wired and
assembled mechanical assemblies. Our design &
engineering office offers as well an industrialisation
and co-design service aiming at optimizing production
costs.
2 years ago PROLANN created a subsidiary company
called Seismo Wave that designs and markets
seismic sensors and microbarometers intended for
applications in the civil and defence industries.
