FSA offcers have been found
near the Euphrates, accord-
ing to UK-based Syrian Ob-
servatory for Human Rights.
The offcers were abducted
3 years ago by the hardline
al-Qaeda-linked ISIS, whose
rugged fghters prevented lo-
cals from burying the bodies
for a long time.
