1. # TMP & TLP vs. Talent Planning
Please provide the following information based on information from Q3-Q2 (July 2013-June 2014).
You may update information provided in the Talent Quarterly Report but please ensure
information provided is updated to 30
th
June 2014.

1.1. Membership Overview
Please provide an overview of the demographics of members in your LC. Please include
information on their races, nationality, and education background. Please feel free to use
charts to ease presentation of information.

1.2. Number of TMP/TLP Recruited
Provide the number of members recruited in all the recruitments this term. Please state the
numbers for each recruitment separately. Please also provide the number of members who
were reintegrated from GCDP EPs.

1.3. Retention
Please state the number of members who have left the LC, half way through the term (Figures
provided in the Talent Quarterly Report) and at the end of the term (Figures provided in the
Talent Capacity Review).

Retention at the end of the term should reflect the number of members who will be
continuing their AIESEC journey by holding active roles in Term 1415.

1.4. Retention Rate
Please calculate the current retention rate half way through the term (Figures provided in the
Talent Quarterly Report) and at the end of the term (Figures provided in the Talent Capacity
Review) of the LC based on the formula below:





Please ensure that the retention rate provided reflects the number of members who
will be continuing their AIESEC journey by holding active roles in Term 1415.








1.5. Talent Planning
Please provide the following information:
Overview of Goal vs. Actual of the number of TMP/TLP
Please elaborate on the reasons for the gaps between Goal vs. Actual

Goals refers to the number of TMP/TLP stated in your respective LCs Talent Planning at the
start of the term. Actual refers to the number of TMP/TLP that were recruited.
1.6. Department Structure
Please include the departmental structure for all functions in your LC.

2. National Member Database
Applicants do not need to submit any information for this section as judgment for this section
would be done based on the National Member Database.

Engage
1. # Members Education Cycle Training
Please provide the following information:
- Link to LCs Members Education Cycle
- Overview of number of trainings planned vs. number of sessions conducted (Goal vs.
Actual)
- Brief elaboration/report as evidence on EVERY Training conducted (Please provide
images if any)
Disclaimer: National Conferences (NatCon, MNC, MyLDS, Y2B, LTtT) are not considered part of
the MEC and is not required to be included in the application.
2. % External Training
Please provide a brief elaboration/report as evidence on external trainings that has been
organized. Please provide images if any.

3. Ratio of LTtT Delegates Attendees to Training/Conferences
Facilitated
There is a template provided for the tabulation of this information which can be downloaded
here. Please fill up the template and upload it to MyAIESEC.net and include the link in the
application.









Retain
1. Coaching Evaluation
Please provide evidence of the implementation of coaching in your LC by providing an overview
of how coaching has been implemented in your LC, how many times coaching was conducted,
how many members were involved in this initiative and the evaluation of the efficacy of this
initiative. This can be based on feedback that has been collected from members on the
implementation of coaching, or testimonials from members about coaching.

2. Tracking Evaluation
Please provide evidence of the implementation of performance tracking in your LC. If your LC
has been using tracking tools, please provide a link to the Google spreadsheet or upload the file
to MyAIESEC.net and provide the link in the application.

3. Rewards & Recognition Evaluation
Please provide evidence of the implementation of rewards and recognition system in your LC.
This may include all forms of R&R that has been conducted in the LC like budget allocation for
R&R, forms of R&R carried out, number of R&R carried out, description of LCs awards night,
etc.

Additional Initiatives
This is an optional section where applicants are encouraged to include any additional initiatives
which were carried out which were not stated in the 3 parts above. This may include any new
initiatives from your LC which could be a good case practice for other LCs. There is no guidelines for
this section and applicants are free to include any information as long as it is initiated by TM.
