Project Scope Statement

1-Project objective:
To construct a five storey building within a time period of 1 year at a cost not to
exceed 1,100,000 US dollars

2-Deliverables:
I. 5 storeys, (10/15) apartments , 150 m2 each
II. 2 parking spots for each apartment.
III. Unfurnished apartments

3-Milestones:
I. Permits approved - June 1,2014
II. Foundations poured - June 20,2014
III. Plumbing , electrical and mechanical inspections passed September 1,2014
4-limits and exclusions:
I. Kitchen appliances are NOT included ( refrigerator , oven , washing machine )
II. Air conditioning is NOT included, however proper wirings are installed.
III. Furnishing and applying new machinery is prohibited after 10pm and Sundays.
IV. Contractor is held responsible for any subcontracted violations.
