NOTICE OF INTENT TO PRESERVE INTEREST
(Michigan Civil Code 565.101, 565.1 01a & 565.1 05)
This notice is intended to preserve an interest in real property from extinguishment or foreclosure pursuant to
MARKETABLE RECORD TITLE Act 200 of 1945 of the Michigan Civil Code. CLAI MANT hereby declares as
follows:

1. As Trustee, of the 1928 Express Land Trust, I lawfully acquired the real property known as: 27685
Sutherland from the previous owner, Michelle Hart, on May 19, 2014 and I hold the Grant Deed thereto.

2. On December 6, 2013, a Deed of Trust on behalf of Blue Mountain Homes, LLC, was recorded on this
same property pursuant to a presumed contract concerning the loan of a sum of money between said
Bank of New York as Trustee for the CertificateHolders CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificate Series
2006-7 and myself.

Claimant's recorded interest is in the real property situated in Oakland County, Michigan, and described as
follows:

NORTH 16 FEET OF LOT 398 AND SOUTH 44 FEET OF LOT 399,
WOODLANDS PARK SUBEDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN LIBER
PAGE 37, PAGE 40 OF PLATS, OAKLAND COUNTY RECORDS,
commonly known as 27685 Sutherland
Land Identification Number: 76-24-13-402-01

I, Melkiyah El, assert under penalty of perjury that this notice is not recorded for the purpose of slandering title to real
property and I am informed and believe that the information contained in this notice is true.
