Legalization of death penalty.
l. Death penalty should be legalized due to the reduction of criminal acts, the
improving of the penal system and the benefits of the implementation of death
penalty.
II. We are in favor of death penalty because it is an act of justice, it increases
public security, also it in a long term will show better behavior and will reflect in
culture.

-Not always the attacker had bad intentions at time of use violence. And the
application of capital punishment for these criminals is not the option. Forgiveness
could be the better option.
Arguments: We cant accept this behavior any more, if we accept that criminals
use violence without intentions, every criminal will think that the punishment is a
joke is a game, and thats why they continue doing harm.
-The prison system is now increasingly confident and professional personnel
(chaplains, psychologists, doctors, etc..) That helps to more effectively to the
prisioners to change criminal behavior.
Arguments: Thats right prision system has a lot of opportunities for criminals to
change their minds, but we do not evidence a change on the society, every day
there is more and more violence, so really give opportunities make criminals have
conscience?



Conclusion:
To finish, Legalization of death penalty for capital felonies would be a good option
for Colombia for the increase and the development of public security, economy and
also culture.
