Interview scheduling, Candidate validation calling, Telephonic Sourcing (Headhunting).
Active participation in training and research programmes within the company.
I join here as Data Miner and within one and half year got promoted to Sr. Researcher.
While working in OS2i I have come across many challenges of candidates sourcing.
Worked on the requirements from the different sectors such as IT, Telecom, Construction,
Executive search, Law (Attorney search) etc.

Ability to identify search “active candidates” from Job Boards and clients internal
candidate database.

In short about me: Enjoy challenges in every activity I do. I enjoy working with my
areas of specialization utilising my previous experience.
