FSA Military Council rejects Tu`ma`s decision

president of the Syrian Na-
tional Council, criticized
the Russia for rejecting the
decision proposed by the
Human Rights Council of
the United Nations, which
condemns the systematic
killing and starving of ci-
vilians in Syria.what is in-
teresting is that Russia jus-
tifed its rejecting by saying
the decision is destabilizing
Syria, he commented
FSAs Supreme Military
Council issued a statement
in which it rejected the de-
cision issued by the Presi-
dent of the Interim Syrian

appointed chief of staff,

seeks to be the nucleus of the
unifcation of all the bodies
and associations working in
Aleppo and its countryside to
provide all the needs of the
people in the region, and co-
ordination among most insti-
tutions of relief and develop-
ment to work and unite under
one banner and one goal.
