1. This has reference to your application for the post of Junior Trainee in RINL/VSP against Recruitment
Advertisement No.04/2009 OR your name being sponsored by the Employment Exchange.
2. You should appear in the written test at your own cost at the above mentioned date/time/venue subject to fulfilling
the following criteria:

Educational qualifications (as on 01.9.2009) Eligibility Age Limit as

SSC with ITI/ Diploma in Engineering in the following Trades/Disciplines
(60% marks in ITI/ Diploma in Engineering for Gen/OBC candidates,
50% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates):
Eligible ITI Trades (2 years Eligible Diploma in Engineering Min-18 yrs,
Branch and above duration) with Courses (conducted by State Board Max – 25 yrs.
NCVT Certificate of Technical Education & Training)

Question Papers will be set separately for Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation and Persons of
Civil branches and depending on his/her trade/discipline, the candidate has to appear for the paper VSP – 10 yrs
of his/her branch.
3. Admission for the test will be strictly on production of Admit Card with photograph affixed on it. Late comers will not be permitted
to appear in the test. Request for change of centre/venue will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. You are to bring blue/black ball point pen (and not Gel pen) for the test.
5. Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes or books, correction fluid, calculators,mobile

diary,alarm clocks, scanning device, writing pads, pencil boxes, beepers and cameras etc. in the examination hall. Any candidate
found in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means will be summarily disqualified.
6. The Admit Card along with test booklet and answer sheet will have to be surrendered to the invigilator after the test.
7. Only eligible candidates should appear in the test. If at any stage it is found that you are not eligible for the test,
your candidature will be summarily rejected.
8. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of written test have to appear for interview in due course. Individual communication will be
sent to the shortlisted candidates and their list will also be displayed on our website _________________
