OVERVIEW ABOUT IMPLEMENTATION

Nowadays, each company uses a online marketing strategy which has a goal to deliver the total customer experience
that the brand communication is offered through the correct execution of customer interface --- wherein the correct
execution is very important in all aspects of the business.
In this discussion, we will know the firm-specific infrastructure that must be created and configured to achieve the
firms strategic goals. There are many ways in implementing a strategy or the so-called resource systems which is
divided into seven parts --- human assets, process, organization structure, systems, culture, leadership and
partnerships. The proper management of these factors will lead to companys success.
In order to further understand, lets have a brief introduction about the seven key components. The first key
components that we will discuss is the Human Assets, it refers to how employees are developed, managed, and
retained for people, for people or manpower is the main important assets of a company. Next, is the processes, it
outline flow the particular tasks accomplished. Organizational Structure, it shows the way the firm devises both
horizontal and vertical reporting representatives. Then the Systems, it refers on the firms strategy of how they
going to emphasize supply chain management including compensation systems and technology systems. Culture,
all firms have a distinct culture. The best company cultures are often those that are different from others in their
industry. Leaderships, refers on how to manage, handle or lead the available resources of the company effectively
in order to meet its goals. Finally, Partnerships, is more significant for online companies because network effects
can be multiplied more easily online.
After discussing the seven factors involved in successful implementation, lets do have some idea of how the
implementation matters in a company. And this would be categorized into four conditions --- success, roulette,
trouble and failure.
On the other hand, Implementation sometimes challenges for online firms due to the increased speed and intensity of
competition in the online environment. Online firms usually faced five primary implementation challenges --- higher
visibility to errors, lower switching costs, more dynamic competitive environment, more fluid organizational
boundaries and more complex linkages.
Earlier, we have learned about the seven parts of an integrative resource system which according to Michael Porter
will become more effective if works together in a marketplace.
In addition to the blending or mixing of the seven parts, the senior management team must also keep in mind the six
major principles of strong execution which are execution is led by the senior management --- not the troops, hold
people accountable for meeting the numbers, it is not just about the numbers but it is also about the process,
continuous improvement is still relevant and important, the customer is the starting point and lastly, hire and develop
the doers.
