Programs are subject to cancellation if
minimum numbers are not met.





Refund Policy:
A refund may be requested after the rst
class. A full refund minus a $15
administration fee will be returned. Refunds
will not be available after the second class.

Sports Nutrition Specialist who runs Kims
Kickin Fit! Kim has taught a variety of
group tness classes for over fteen years
and has been a personal trainer for three
years. She was the tness trainer for Karate
Manitobas elite Provincial Team Training
Program for four years.

Kickin Fit!
Cross Fit Boot Camp
August 5, 2014 to August 15, 2014
Every day 6:00am to 7:00am
(no camp on the weekend)
No excuses! You will never look at
tires the same way again! Bring your
water, sweat towel, and bug spray.
This camp is for everyone: men,
women, competitors, brides, teens, and
anyone just looking for a tness
challenge. On the last day we will have
a mini challenge to see how far you
have come!

(10 weeks)
We will do regular karate training, but we
will also throw in some fun extras like
enbu, bunkai, kumite classes, self defence,
and outside training. Keep your Karate
skills sharp and have fun!

5:30 pm to 6:30 pm - general class

IKD Grand Beach Training Day
Saturday July 5, 2014
Bring the whole family, your karate gi
(with a bathing suit underneath - gis get
transparent when wet), beach stuff
(including sun screen), and a contribution
for a potluck picnic. All ages are welcome
and there is no cost.
We meet on the beach by parking lot #5,
which is West Beachs most easterly
parking lot at 11:30 am.
