15 Eligibility of Tenderer :
This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers or J VCA as mentioned below:
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms/ JVCA who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in building
construction works.
ii) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Building construction work with Civil, Internal
Sanitary & Electrical works amounting to minimum Tk. 125.00 ( One hundred twenty five) lakh in a single Tender in
Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 ( five) years as stated in TDS of Tender
Documents. In the case of JVCA the lead Tenderer must Satisfy 100% of Similar works Experience and it is optional for
others partner.
iii) The work certificate shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned
Department/Organization duly verify by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that Dist./ Area within whose territory

the work laying as per format .
iv) The Tenderer must have a minimum average annual Construction turn over of Tk. 301.00 (Three hundred one)
lakh within last 5 (five) years.
v) The minimum amount of free funds ( Liquid assets ) or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the
Tenderer shall be Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakh for 3 (three) months works. As stated in the TDS of tender documents. Amount of
Liquid assets must be remained in the form of Bank Certificate/ Transaction statement in this required should be issue
from the Bank not more than 28 (Twenty eight) Days before the date of submission of the tender.
vi) The Tenderer must enclose upto date Trade license, valid VAT Registration Certificate, valid Income Tax clearance
Certificate, up to Date Electrical ABC Licence & Supervisory license from electric licensing board Govt. of Bangladesh
with the Tender.
vii) Original Money Receipt must be enclosed with the tender.
viii) All other conditions as mentioned in Tender documents must be fulfilled
